Soybean oil (for stir-frying) 25g
Ground sesame (for garnish) 6g

Instructions

1

Prepare and cut the beef

First, wash the beef, trim off all fascia, chill in the freezer briefly, cut it as thin as paper, then cut into small pieces about 5cm long and 1.2cm wide, cut evenly and neatly

2

Marinate the beef

Then place the sliced beef in a ceramic bowl, add sesame oil, soy sauce, fine salt, sugar and chili powder, mix well by hand to let the flavors seep into the beef

3

Prepare the cucumber

Wash the cucumber, remove the stem, peel, leave a thin strip of green skin every 3cm for decoration, then cut lengthwise into halves, remove seeds and cut into thin strips with moderate thickness

4

Stir-fry and serve

Heat a wok, pour in the soybean oil, heat the oil briefly, swirl the wok to coat the entire inner surface with oil, add the beef slices, stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute, add the cucumber strips, continue stir-frying until the cucumber is half-cooked, keep it tender and crisp, garnish with ground sesame, then serve
