Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the celery and slice it; wash the lily bulbs, cut off the bottoms, separate them petal by petal, and wash them again.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil; blanch the celery for one minute, add the lily bulbs and blanch for half a minute, then remove.

Heat the oil in the pot and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
