Ingredients

Buddha's hand gourd to taste
lean meat to taste
carrot to taste
cooking wine to taste
light soy sauce to taste
salt to taste
MSG to taste
sugar to taste
starch to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the chayote then slice it, slice the carrot; cut the lean pork into small pieces;

Add starch and cooking wine to the lean pork, mix until evenly coated by hand then marinate for 15 minutes;

Heat the pan until hot, add cold oil, then add the sliced chayote and carrot slices; after half a minute, add the pork slices and stir-fry;

Add a little light soy sauce; add salt, sugar, and MSG to season; thicken with a thin starch slurry then serve.
