Ingredients

Roman lettuce 1 bunch (approx. 300g)
Dried chili peppers 3
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt to taste
Corn oil to taste

Instructions

Pick and wash the romaine lettuce clean, then drain off the water.

Cut into inch-long segments.

Mince the garlic, cut the chili peppers into small rings, and rinse them with water.

Add oil to the wok, and stir-fry the minced garlic and chili peppers over low heat until fragrant.
