This hearty pie comes together with a soft, oil-kneaded dough wrapped around a flavorful mixture of lean pork and crisp radish. Pan-fried until golden and crisp, it offers a satisfying contrast of textures with a moist, aromatic filling inside.

All-purpose flour 300g
Green radish 1 piece
Lean minced pork 100g
Garlic half a head
Scallions 100g
Salt 20g
Sichuan peppercorns 5g
White pepper powder 3g
Chicken essence 5g

Soak yeast in hot water

Add yeast powder to the flour; the flour mixture is relatively thin
