Story

This hearty soup brings together tender pork ribs and a colorful array of seasonal vegetables. Simmered slowly in a clay pot, the broth becomes fragrant and comforting, making it a wholesome choice for a family meal.

Ingredients

Pork ribs 1 piece
Lotus root 1 section
Carrot 1 piece
Celtuce 1 stalk
Corn 1 piece
Ginger a small piece
Salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Place the ribs in a pot with cold water and blanch to remove blood.

Wash the blanched ribs with warm water to remove scum.

Place the ribs in a clay pot, smash the ginger and add it to the pot, add sufficient water, bring to a boil over high heat, then switch to low heat to simmer.

Peel the lotus root, wash it, cut into rolling wedges.
