Stir-Fried Meat Slices

Ingredients

Beef (cut into thin slices about 3mm thick and 3cm long, marinated with seasonings) 200g
Rehydrated dried mushrooms (torn into strips) 50g
Shredded green onion 25g
Carrot (scrubbed and washed clean, cut into slices the same size as the meat, blanched with hot water) 10g
Red chili pepper strips (sprinkled on the plate) 1g
Soybean oil 50g
Minced garlic 10g
Sesame seeds 1g
Soy sauce 25g
Refined salt 10g
MSG 2.5g

Preparation

Cut the beef into thin slices about 3mm thick and 3cm long, and marinate with seasonings. Scrub and wash the carrot clean, cut it into slices the same size as the meat slices, and blanch with hot water. Tear the rehydrated dried mushrooms into strips.

Stir-frying

Heat the soybean oil in a wok. When the oil is about 60% hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry a few times, then add the carrot slices and mushroom strips and continue to stir-fry. Season to taste, remove from the wok, and sprinkle the red chili pepper strips on top before serving.
