Ingredients

mung bean sprouts as needed
Chinese chives a little
cooking oil a little
minced garlic a little
salt a little
dried shrimp powder a little

Instructions

Rinse the mung bean sprouts, remove them from the water and drain for later use.

Scallions and garlic cloves.

Cut the scallion leaves into sections, chop the white parts of the scallions, and mince the garlic cloves.

Heat a pan, add cooking oil, then add the minced garlic and chopped scallion whites, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
