Rinse the mung bean sprouts, remove them from the water and drain for later use.
Step 2
Scallions and garlic cloves.
Step 3
Cut the scallion leaves into sections, chop the white parts of the scallions, and mince the garlic cloves.

Heat a pan, add cooking oil, then add the minced garlic and chopped scallion whites, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add the mung bean sprouts and stir-fry until they soften.
Step 6
Add salt.

Add dried shrimp powder and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add the scallion sections, stir-fry briefly, and the dish is ready.
