fried dough stick (cut into small segments) 150g
garlic chive stalk (cut into segments, blanched, then removed and drained) 150g
minced scallion 3 teaspoons
minced ginger 2 teaspoons
salt 1 teaspoon
chicken essence 1 teaspoon
ground pepper 1 teaspoon
cooking wine half teaspoon

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients

Wash the snail meat, blanch it, then remove and drain; cut the fried dough sticks into small segments; cut the Chinese chive stems into segments, blanch them, then remove and drain.

Heat oil in a wok, add the fried dough stick segments and fry until crispy, then remove and drain off all excess oil.
