Ingredients

Tender green beans (washed, cut into segments) 400g
Small dried shrimp (washed, soaked in warm water until soft, drained) 15g
Chopped scallions As needed, divided
Sesame oil As needed, divided
Cooking wine As needed, divided
Salt As needed, divided
MSG As needed, divided
Cooking oil As needed, divided
Chicken broth As needed, divided

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the tender green beans and cut into segments. Wash the small dried shrimp, soak in warm water until soft, then drain.

Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the tender green beans and fry until wrinkled, then remove and drain the oil.

Leave a small amount of oil in the pan. Add the chopped scallions and small dried shrimp and stir-fry briefly. Add the tender green beans and toss together, then add the cooking wine, MSG, chicken broth, and salt. Stir-fry over high heat until the liquid evaporates, continue stir-frying for a moment, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.
