Water Spinach moderate
Fermented Bean Curd moderate
Green Pepper Shreds moderate
Garlic moderate
Green Pepper to taste
Lard as needed
Salt to taste
Oyster Sauce to taste
Soy Sauce to taste

Homegrown water spinach.

Wash clean.

Cut into segments.

Minced garlic, green pepper shreds.

Add water to a pot and add lard. Our family eats lard.

Blanch in boiling water for about one minute.
