Ingredients

Garlic Sprouts 1 bunch
Braised Large Intestines 2 pieces
Dried Chili Powder to taste
Cooking Oil as needed
Salt to taste

Prepare the braised intestines.

Cut the braised intestines and set aside.

Wash the garlic sprouts, drain the water, and remove the tails.

Cut into inch-long segments and set aside.
