Step 1
Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves.

Add cold water to cover the strawberries. Add white sugar.

Add rock sugar.

Cook the strawberries until they are soft and falling apart. Stir occasionally during cooking to prevent the pot bottom from burning. (The steps above are also the recipe for making strawberries in sugar syrup.)

While the strawberries are cooking, cut the butter into small pieces and place them in the rice cooker, add white sugar and heavy cream, then stir clockwise until well combined.

Add plain yogurt and continue stirring.

Beat the eggs until loose, then stir until evenly mixed.

Pour into the rice cooker.

Switch the rice cooker to the cook rice setting, stirring continuously while it cooks. Let it cook for a short while.

Once the strawberries in the pot are fully cooked, pour them into a transparent bowl.

Gently pour the milkshake from the rice cooker over the thick strawberry sauce. (Pour gently to ensure the two substances do not mix, forming distinct layers.)

Take 4 fresh strawberries, cut them in half through the middle, and gently arrange them on top of the milkshake. It is ready to serve.
