Put together the flour, yeast, eggs, and a little bit of corn oil.

After warming the milk, mix in the yeast powder first, then stir all the ingredients together until they form shaggy dough pieces.

Knead into a smooth dough and let it ferment until doubled in size.

Deflate the fermented dough, knead evenly again, roll it into a long strip, and cut into small dough pieces.

Roll out into wrappers that are thick in the middle and thin on the edges, then wrap the sweet red beans inside.

Place with the sealed side facing down, and shape into a round square.

Save one dough piece, roll it into a thin sheet, and cut it into small squares and long strips.

Dab a little water and attach them to the front sides of the dough pieces to make ears, and to the back to make a tail.

Wash dried red beans and stick them on the front to make the eyes and mouth.

Let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes to proof. Place in a steamer and steam over medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 3 to 5 minutes before opening the lid.
