Ingredients

pork tenderloin (washed and cut into long strips) 600 g
cornstarch (for marinating) to taste
tomato ketchup (for seasoning) 3 tbsp
lemon juice (for seasoning) 2 tbsp
fine salt (for seasoning) 1 tsp
granulated sugar (for seasoning) 2 tbsp
toasted sesame oil (for drizzling over the finished dish) 1 tsp

Instructions

1

Marinate

Rinse the pork tenderloin and cut it into long strips. Marinate evenly with cooking wine, soy sauce, and cornstarch.

2

Fry

Heat oil in a pan until hot. Fry the pork until golden brown, then remove it and drain.

3

Simmer

Leave some oil in the pan and heat it. Add the salt, sugar, tomato ketchup, and pork, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the pork absorbs the flavors. Add lemon juice, thicken the sauce, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.
