Slice the round eggplant, then pan-fry in a pan until soft and cooked through.

Dice the tomatoes and onions into small pieces, mince the garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add the diced onions and stir-fry until translucent, then add the minced garlic and stir-fry. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until it turns white.

Add the diced tomatoes and continue to stir-fry.

Add tomato puree, tomato juice, and red wine. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian mixed herbs. Add a small amount of water as needed. Boil the sauce to slightly concentrate it.

Boil a pot of water, add oil and salt, place the lasagna sheets one by one into the boiling water, time for 10 minutes, then remove.

In a heatproof baking dish, first spread a layer of the tomato meat sauce from step 6.

Lay down the lasagna sheets for the first layer.

Spread tomato sauce for the second layer, and lay down the round eggplant slices for the third layer.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese for the fourth layer.

Repeat steps 9-11 until the baking dish is full, and sprinkle a generous amount of pizza cheese on the top layer.

After preheating the oven, bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, but once the pizza cheese on the surface is baked until golden brown, turn off the top heat (or turn to low heat), and continue baking until the time is up.

When serving, cut the lasagna sheets with a knife, scoop onto a plate, and serve.
