Ingredients: leftover rice, carrots, eggs, lettuce, green onions.

Dice the carrots and lettuce into small cubes, and cut the green onions into shreds.

Add oil to a pan and heat it up. Add the shredded green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the diced vegetables and stir-fry.
