Ingredients

Lean pork (shredded) 50g
Egg 1
Flat glass noodles (washed, soaked until soft, and shredded) 300g
Cucumber (washed and shredded) 50g
Scallion (washed and shredded) 1 stalk
Ginger (washed and shredded) 1 small piece
Garlic (washed and minced) 3 cloves
Cooking oil 50g
Cooking wine 2 teaspoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
MSG Appropriate amount
Starch Appropriate amount

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pork into thin strips, mix well with salt, cooking wine, starch, and water. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork strips until cooked.

Wash and soak the sheet jelly until soft, then cut into strips. Wash and cut the cucumber into strips, then arrange them on a plate. Wash and mince the garlic, wash and cut the green onion and ginger into thin strips.

Heat oil in a pan, add the shredded ginger, shredded green onion, MSG, and pork strips. Stir-fry until evenly mixed, then pour over the sheet jelly. Sprinkle with minced garlic and mix well.
