Soup base 600g
Herbal wine 20g
Spices A little
Chinese herbal ingredients A little
Cilantro (cut into sections) 20g
Scallions (cut into sections) 20g
Salt (for marinating) 1g
MSG (for marinating) 3g
Chicken powder (for marinating) 2g
Ginger juice (for marinating) 15g
Cooking wine (for marinating) 10g
Mala seasoning / Spicy seasoning (for marinating, choose one) 5g

Ingredient Preparation

Remove the innards and wash the chicken, then chop it into 2 cm cubes.

Marinating

Add 1g salt, 3g MSG, 2g chicken bouillon, 15g ginger juice, 10g cooking wine, and 5g numbing-spicy (or spicy) seasoning to the main ingredient. Mix gently until evenly coated.

Cooking Instructions

Add base oil to the pot, followed by the base sauce, then arrange the marinated main ingredient on top. Sprinkle evenly with medicinal wine, Chinese herbal ingredients, and spices. Braise at 270° for 4 minutes, then reduce to 130° and braise for 3 minutes. Add the sauce, simmer for another 3 minutes, sprinkle with chopped scallions and cilantro, and it is ready to serve.
