Vegetable and Beef Stuffed Toast

Ingredients

Thick sliced toast (cut into 2 rectangular pieces, then slit open in the middle to form a hollow bag shape) 2 slices
Minced beef 100g
Onion (washed and finely chopped) 20g
Celery (washed and finely chopped) 20g
Carrot (washed and finely chopped) 20g
Salad oil 2tbsp
Mushroom steak sauce 15g

Instructions

Prepare chopped vegetables

Wash onion, celery, and carrot separately, finely chop them, and set aside

Toast the bread bags

Cut the thick sliced toast into 2 rectangular pieces, then slit open in the middle to form a hollow bag shape, place in a small oven and toast for about 2 minutes until the surface is golden brown

Cook the filling

Heat salad oil in a pan, add minced beef and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry until cooked, add mushroom steak sauce and stir well to make the vegetable and beef filling

Fill the toast bags

Scoop an appropriate amount of filling into the hollow toast bags
