2 tbsp
Walnut kernels (baked 5 minutes until crispy)
1 tbsp
Fresh milk
2 cup
White sugar
2 tbsp
Instructions

Step 1
Remove the thin outer skin from the five-spice peanuts. Spread the walnut kernels on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes until crispy (flip halfway through to prevent burning), then set aside.

Combine the five-spice peanuts, walnut kernels, and fresh milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to extract the pure walnut-peanut milk.

Step 3
Pour the strained walnut-peanut milk into a pot and heat over low flame, stirring constantly until it reaches a gentle boil. Add the white sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and serve warm.
