White Jade Hidden Pearls
Arrange peeled cooked eggs and blanched silver ear (white fungus) on a serving plate, drizzle with sugar syrup, and serve with cooked lotus seeds.

Boil and Peel Eggs
Place the eggs in a pot, add cold water, and bring to a rolling boil to cook through. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the eggs to a bowl, cool them with cold water, then peel off the shells.

Prepare Silver Ear Fungus
Rinse the silver ear fungus, soak in cold water for 2–3 hours, then blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Place it on a serving plate alongside the peeled eggs.

Plate and Drizzle Syrup
Pour the white sugar into a bowl, dissolve it in a small amount of boiling water, then drizzle the syrup over the eggs and silver ear fungus. Once plated, arrange the cooked white lotus seeds into decorative patterns to finish.
