Ingredients
Instructions
Prepare wild jujube
Wash the wild jujube, wash the roots and bulbs and slice them, then cut into shreds.
Prepare dog meat
Cut the cooked lean dog meat into thin long strips.
Apply batter coating
Crack the egg into a porcelain bowl, add flour, refined salt, soy sauce, pepper powder, and water, stir until smooth. Then add the wild jujube and dog meat strips, mix well to coat evenly with the batter.
Fry
Heat a frying pan over high heat, pour in the soybean oil and heat to medium temperature. Add the battered wild jujube and dog meat strips one by one, keeping the heat moderate. Remove from the oil once they turn golden yellow, drain excess oil, and arrange on a plate.
Prepare dipping sauce
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and chopped green onion to a large porcelain bowl, stir well. Divide into small individual serving bowls, and dip the fried dog meat and wild jujube strips into the sauce before eating.
