Winter Bamboo Shoots with Goji Berry and Shredded Pork

Ingredients

Winter bamboo shoots (cut into 1 cm long thin strips) 250 g
Goji berries (washed clean, remove impurities, stems, and grit) 30 g
Pork (washed, cut into shreds, tossed with wet cornstarch to coat) 250 g
Ginger (cut into thin strips) to taste
Scallion (cut into thin strips) to taste
Vegetable oil to taste
Salt to taste
MSG to taste
Cooking wine to taste
White sugar to taste

Preparation

Wash the goji berries clean and remove any impurities, stems, and grit. Wash the winter bamboo shoots and cut them into 1 cm long thin strips. Wash the pork and cut it into shreds. Wash the ginger and scallions and cut them into thin strips. Set everything aside.

Coating

Toss the pork shreds with wet cornstarch until evenly coated, then set aside.

Stir-frying

Place the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil. When the oil is about 60% hot, add the ginger and scallion and stir-fry until fragrant. Immediately add the pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Add the winter bamboo shoots, salt, MSG, cooking wine, white sugar, and goji berries, and stir-fry evenly until well combined. Serve.
