Wood Ear and Silver Fish Steamed Bun Porridge

Ingredients

whole wheat steamed bun 1/6
wood ear mushroom 1 slices
silver fish to taste
baby bok choy leaves 2 slices
tomato 1/4
soy sauce 1/4 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Tear the steamed bun into small crumbs, place in a bowl, and set aside.

Finely chop the wood ear mushroom; blanch the silver fish, soak in water, drain, then chop finely; remove the stems from the baby bok choy, keep the leaves, and chop finely; dice the tomato into small pieces.

Add 3 cups of water to a pot, then add the wood ear mushroom and silver fish in order and cook for 5 minutes; add the tomato to the soup and cook for 3 minutes, finally add the baby bok choy leaves and seasonings, simmer for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and pour everything into the bowl with the steamed bun crumbs.
