Yogurt Tart

Ingredients

basic tart pastry 1/2 portion
cream cheese 280 g
plain yogurt (200 g) 2 boxes
sugar 100 g
eggs 5
lemon juice 1 tbsp
lemon zest 1 tbsp
cake flour 30 g
whipped heavy cream a pinch
kiwi (sliced) 2

Instructions

1

Prepare the Tart Crust

Roll the tart pastry to 0.5 cm thick, cut into oval pieces slightly smaller than the mold, place in the mold and pre-bake. Preheat the oven to 220°C, place the pastry on the lower oven rack, and bake for 10 minutes.

2

Mix the Filling

Add the ingredients (eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, cake flour, etc.) to a bowl one by one and mix thoroughly; add the next ingredient only after the current one is fully combined.

3

Bake

Scrape the filling into the mold, cover the surface with a sheet of aluminum foil to prevent burning, then bake. Lower the oven temperature to 160°C, place the tart on the lower oven rack, and bake for 70 minutes.

4

Decorate

Let the baked tart cool completely in the oven before removing it, then decorate with a portion of whipped heavy cream and sliced kiwi.
