Ingredients

Pig brain (cleaned, remove the red veins, and set aside in a stewing cup) 1
Gastrodia (Tianma) (rinsed) 10 g
Abalone Shell (Shijueming) (rinsed) 15 g

Instructions

Prepare the Pig Brain

Clean the pig brain, remove the red veins, and set it aside in a stewing cup.

Stew

Rinse the Gastrodia and Abalone Shell, place them together with the pig brain in the stewing cup, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

Finish

Stew until it becomes a thick soup, then remove the Gastrodia and Abalone Shell before serving.
