Step 1
Trim the tough skin from the base of the green asparagus and wash; wash the avocado, remove the pit, and slice.
Step 2
Take a small bowl, add white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper, mix well to make the salad dressing.
Step 3
Place a pot over heat, pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Add a little salt, put in the asparagus to blanch quickly, remove and soak in ice water or cold water to cool down, then remove, drain, and cut into segments.
Step 4
Place the asparagus segments and avocado on a plate, drizzle with the salad dressing, and mix well.
