Bacon and Egg Burgers

Ingredients

hamburger buns 2
eggs 2
bacon 2 slices
leaf lettuce 2 slices
tomato 1

Instructions

1

Step 1

Gather all the ingredients needed to make these bacon and egg burgers: 2 hamburger buns, 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of leaf lettuce, and 1 tomato. Wash the lettuce, soak it in lightly salted water for 5 minutes, rinse it with cooled boiled water, and drain it. Wash the tomato and drain it well.

2

Step 2

Warm the hamburger buns briefly in a preheated oven, then remove them. Heat a frying pan over high heat until very hot, add 10 ml of peanut oil, and reduce the heat to low. Crack in the eggs and fry them until cooked on both sides. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper, then transfer them to a plate.

Step 3

Leave some oil in the pan and add the bacon, cut in half. Fry until crisp and flavorful, then transfer it to a plate. Slice the tomato, place the warmed hamburger buns on a cutting board, and cut each bun horizontally through the middle.

4

Step 4

Place the washed and dried leaf lettuce on the bottom half of each bun, spread on a layer of mayonnaise, and add half a slice of cooked bacon, a tomato slice, and a fried egg. Finish with the other half of the bacon slice.

5

Step 5

Add more lettuce and another tomato slice on top.

Step 6

Place the top half of each bun over the filling. Serve and enjoy with 1 cup of milk.
