Rooted in traditional wellness principles, it is a wholesome, nourishing bake that delights the senses while providing a gentle boost to your overall well-being.

Ingredients

bananas 2
all-purpose flour 170g
brown sugar 170g
vegetable oil 60ml
eggs 2
baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoons
baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
salt 1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
dried cherries 100g

Instructions

1

Step 1

Prepare the required ingredients; if the brown sugar has lumps, please crush them with a rolling pin.

2

Step 2

Peel the bananas and place them in a plastic storage bag.

3

Step 3

First, use a rolling pin to crush them.

4

Step 4

Then repeatedly press and mash into a puree.

5

Step 5

Pour into a large bowl.

6

Step 6

If you feel it is not mashed enough, you can cover the rolling pin with plastic wrap and continue to mash it.

7

Step 7

Use a knife to finely chop the dried cherries.

8

Step 8

Add to the banana bowl, add brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil, and stir until evenly mixed.

9

Step 9

Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon powder evenly, then pour into the banana and brown sugar mixture. No need to sift.

10

Step 10

Cut and fold, then continue to fold until there is no dry flour.

11

Step 11

Line the mold with a layer of parchment paper for easy demolding.

12

Step 12

Pour in the cake batter, tap a few times, and place it into a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius on the middle rack for 1 hour. Before taking it out, insert a toothpick; if it comes out clean without sticking, it is ready to be taken out of the oven.
