Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
One 9-inch pizza — A: 100g high-gluten flour, 50g low-gluten flour, 12g dry yeast powder, 300ml warm water, 35g olive oil, 12g salt, 25g fine sugar, 1 egg yolk, about 10 sweet shrimps (tomato, sausage, bacon, onion, green bell pepper, red and yellow bell peppers, tomato sauce/pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese... appropriate amounts). B: 7-8 fresh shrimps, remove heads and clean thoroughly, coat in egg wash, coat in flour, deep-fry and set aside.
Step 2
Pour all ingredients from A into a bowl. Knead into a dough, and knead until the surface of the dough is smooth. Let it undergo basic fermentation for one hour until it is 2.5 times its original size.
Step 3
Deflate the dough, roll it into a circle, and place it in a pizza pan. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Blanch the pre-prepared vegetables and set aside.
Step 5
Brush a layer of olive oil on the bottom of the pan, brush a layer of tomato sauce, and sprinkle a layer of spices. First lay down a layer of mozzarella, then lay down the bacon. Layer the meat first, then the vegetables, sprinkling a layer of mozzarella after each layer.
Step 6
This is actually a DIY process, so you can put whatever you want, but don't forget to sprinkle a layer of black pepper at the end. This is very important.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius on the middle rack for 15 minutes. Pull it out and sprinkle another layer of mozzarella, then take it out after 5 minutes and cut into slices.
Step 8
Serve and enjoy.
