Beef and Broccoli Stir-fry Set

Beef and Broccoli Stir-fry

Ingredients

Beef (cleaned, sliced thin, marinated with egg white and starch) to taste
Broccoli (cleaned, cut into small florets, blanched, rinsed with cold water) to taste
Egg white to taste
Starch to taste
Fine salt to taste
MSG to taste
Light soy sauce to taste
Peanut oil to taste
Chopped scallion to taste
Shredded ginger to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Clean the beef, slice it into thin pieces, coat with egg white and starch, then stir-fry in low-heat oil until just cooked through.

Clean the broccoli, cut into small florets, blanch in boiling water, then remove and rinse with cold water.

Heat a small amount of base oil in the pan, sauté scallion and ginger to release aroma, add broccoli and stir-fry until nearly cooked, then add the beef slices, season with salt, MSG, and light soy sauce, and stir-fry until fully cooked.
