Ingredients

Beef as needed
Chinese cabbage (Napa cabbage) as needed
Ginger as needed
Garlic, minced as needed
Chili (optional) to taste
Salt to taste
Cooking oil as needed

Prepare ingredients

Prepare all ingredients.

Aromatics

Heat a wok or pan and add oil. Add ginger and minced garlic; stir-fry until fragrant.

Cook beef

Add the beef to the pan and stir-fry briefly.

Add spices

If you like spicy food, add chili at this stage; otherwise, skip it. Stir-fry.

Add cabbage

Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry.

Braise

Braise the mixture until the Chinese cabbage is soft and tender.
