egg to taste
corn starch to taste
sweet potato starch to taste
baijiu to taste
peanut oil to taste
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Debone the chicken legs, make a few cuts in the thicker parts of the meat, then cut into chunks.

Add salt, black pepper, Baijiu (Chinese white liquor), egg, and cornstarch to the chicken chunks, and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Coat the marinated chicken chunks with sweet potato starch.

Place the coated chicken into hot oil, then reduce the heat to low and fry for 10 minutes before removing from the oil.
