Black Pepper Fried Chicken Nuggets
Opt for granular sweet potato starch to achieve the crispest texture after frying; if you don’t have it on hand, breadcrumbs work just as well. When frying food at home, a small, deep pot is sufficient and helps minimize oil usage.
Story
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned with a warm, bold black pepper kick, these homemade fried chicken nuggets are a classic Chinese comfort food, perfect as a quick snack, party appetizer, or casual weeknight meal.
