Bok Choy with Minced Beef
A complementary food suitable for 7–8-month-old babies: cooked beef mince is lightly thickened with cornstarch and drizzled over blanched baby bok choy.
Ingredients
Bok choy (take the front leaves, wash, blanch briefly, tear into small pieces)
2 slices
Ground beef (tenderized with the back of a knife, finely chopped, drizzled with a little hot water)
3 tsp
Stock
to taste
Ketchup
to taste
Starch (dissolved in a little water)

Instructions

Step 1
Wash the bok choy (front leaves), blanch briefly in a pot, remove, and tear into small pieces in a container.

Tenderize the ground beef with the back of a knife, then finely chop and drizzle with a little hot water.

Combine the stock, ketchup, and finely chopped ground beef in a pot and cook until done.

Dissolve the starch in a little water, add to step 3 to thicken, then pour over the bok choy to serve.
