Ingredients

Beef 700g
Oil to taste
Salt to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Cooking wine to taste
Star anise to taste
Starch to taste
Scallion to taste
Sesame oil to taste
Ginger to taste

Instructions

Soak the whole piece of beef in cold water until thoroughly soaked, wash away the blood, blanch in a boiling pot, then remove and wash clean

Place the beef in the electric pressure cooker inner pot, add ginger and scallion

Add clear water, then place into the electric pressure cooker
