Ingredients

Cod 500g
White radish 300g
Star anise 1 piece
Egg 1
Salt 3g
Vinegar 5g
Sugar 5g
Soy sauce 5g
scallion, ginger, and garlic to taste

Step 1

Wash the cod and cut into sections, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Peel the radish, cut into irregular chunks, and set aside.

Coat the marinated fish with beaten egg.

Add to the oil pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
