Braised Mutton with Potatoes

Ingredients

Mutton (washed, blanched in boiling water then cubed) 250 g
Potato (peeled, washed and cubed) 200 g
Salt to taste
Cooking wine to taste
MSG to taste
Sichuan pepper water to taste
Chopped scallion to taste
Sliced ginger to taste
Vegetable oil to taste

Instructions

Prepare ingredients

Wash the mutton, blanch it in boiling water, remove blood residue and cut into cubes; peel and wash the potato then cut into cubes

Stir-fry

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add scallion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, add the mutton and stir-fry, then add salt and an appropriate amount of water, simmer until the mutton is fully cooked

Add the potato cubes and continue simmering, add MSG, stir well evenly then serve
