Braised Pork Bones with Green Beans
Pork ribs are quite expensive these days — around 40 yuan per jin (500 g), so a single meal easily costs over 100 yuan. This cut, called side ribs (排骨边), runs just over 20 yuan per jin and still includes some rib meat. It is a great value and tastes delicious — a perfect stand-in when regular ribs are out of budget.
