Ingredients

Chicken feet 500g
Bird's eye chili 2 pieces
Garlic 1 piece
Onion 10g
Red shallot 10g
Cilantro 5g
Peanut oil to taste
Salt 4g
Braised soy sauce 5ml
Cooking wine 2ml
Dried tangerine peel 2g
Ginger 5g
Star anise 1 piece

Instructions

Prepare ingredients: chicken feet, chili peppers, green onions, garlic, ginger, onion, cilantro, etc.;

Wash the chicken feet, remove the toenails, and chop the large ones in half so they absorb flavors easily;

Boil water in a soup pot, add star anise, dried tangerine peel, and ginger; boil the chicken feet to remove bloody smell, take them out, and use kitchen paper towels to absorb the moisture dry; PS: Must absorb the moisture dry, otherwise oil will splash when frying.
