Step 1
Measure out 80ml of rice with a measuring cup, wash it clean, put it in a rice cooker, and steam into cooked rice

Wash the carrot and cucumber and cut into small cubes

Cut the meat sausage into small cubes

Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix evenly

Cut the green onion into flowers

Heat the wok until dry, add a small amount of oil, add the egg mixture and scramble into egg flakes, then remove and set aside
