Ingredients

Celery 200g
Potato 2 pieces
Carrot 1/2 piece
Salt 1 small spoon
Light soy sauce 8g
Chicken essence 1g
Scallion to taste
Ginger to taste
Garlic to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the celery into small segments on the diagonal.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the celery when the water boils, then remove and drain for later use.

Shred the carrot and set aside.
