Braised Mutton with Potatoes
Tender chunks of lamb and potato are braised together with Sichuan peppercorns and dark soy sauce.

This simple braise brings together the earthy flavor of potatoes and the rich taste of lamb. Aromatic Sichuan peppercorns infuse the oil, while dark soy sauce adds a deep, savory color to the dish as it simmers gently.

Cut the mutton into pieces

Peel, wash, and cut the potato into pieces

Heat oil and sauté the Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant

Stir-fry the mutton pieces
