This quick dish features tender egg tofu that is lightly fried until golden, then coated in a rich, tangy tomato glaze. The thickened sauce clings to each slice, offering a soft texture and a warm, appetizing aroma perfect for a simple weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Egg tofu 3 pieces
Ketchup 20g
Cornstarch appropriate amount
White sugar 1 teaspoon
Chicken powder a little
Cooking wine 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/3 teaspoon

Cut the egg tofu in half from the middle
