Char Siu Tofu

This tofu is made with Shiping tofu, a specialty of Yunnan, prized for its fine, delicate texture and soft, springy bite. Tossed with char siu sauce, it is savory with a touch of sweetness—so flavorful you'd swear it tastes better than meat.
