Story

This delicious burger features pan-fried chicken thigh meat, fresh lettuce, pickles, and a unique strawberry tomato sauce.

Ingredients

Bread 1 piece
Chicken leg (deboned) 1 piece
Lettuce leaves (washed with light salt water) 50g
Pickles (sliced) 25g
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Cooking wine 1 tsp
Honey 1/2 tsp
Strawberry ketchup To taste
Cooking oil as needed

Instructions

Step 1

Debone the chicken thighs, mix with oyster sauce, honey, and cooking wine, and marinate for 3 hours; wash lettuce leaves with light salt water; slice the pickles.

Heat cooking oil in a pan, place the chicken thighs skin-side down and fry for about 3 minutes, then flip and continue frying until the chicken is cooked through.

Cut the bread in half, first placing two lettuce leaves and sliced pickles on it.

Add the fried chicken thigh meat, top with lettuce leaves and sliced pickles again, finally drizzle with strawberry tomato sauce, close it together and serve.
