Chocolate Granita
A frozen blended drink made by high-speed blending a base of chocolate sauce, cocoa powder, hot water, and sugar syrup with ice.
Ingredients
chocolate sauce
60 ml
cocoa powder
10 g
hot water
90 ml
sugar syrup
30 ml
ice cubes
250 g

Mix the liquids
Pour the chocolate sauce, cocoa powder, hot water, and sugar syrup into a pot in order and stir until smooth. Place the pot into a larger pot filled with ice water to cool the mixture, then pour the chocolate cocoa liquid into a granita (ice shaving) machine.

Blend
Add the ice cubes and blend on high speed for 20 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
