Ingredients

Chrysanthemum greens (remove yellow leaves, trim roots, wash) 300 g
Fresh bamboo shoots (sliced) 100 g
Cooked ham (sliced) 30 g
Refined salt 7.5 g
White sugar 10 g
Stock (for braising bamboo shoots and ham) 100 g
Peanut oil (vegetable oil) 40 g

Prepare ingredients

Remove yellow leaves from the chrysanthemum greens, trim the roots, and wash thoroughly. Slice the fresh bamboo shoots and cooked ham. Briefly braise the bamboo shoots and ham in stock, then remove and arrange them around the edge of a serving plate as a border.

Stir-fry

Heat a wok over high heat, add the vegetable oil, then add the chrysanthemum greens along with the refined salt and white sugar. Stir-fry briefly, then transfer to the center of the plate and serve immediately.
