Clafoutis is a beautiful, rustic dessert that perfectly showcases the natural sweetness of fresh cherries. Ingredients

Milk 130ml
Low-gluten flour 40g
Eggs 130g
Cherries 300g
Unsalted butter 30g
Fine white sugar 70g
Vanilla extract a little

Instructions

Step 1

Melt the butter and set aside. Gently heat the milk and set aside. Sift the cake flour. Brush a small amount of butter onto the surface of the container to prevent sticking.

Beat the eggs, add all the white sugar, and mix well. There is no need to whip until fluffy.

Add the sifted cake flour and mix carefully until well combined.

Add the milk, butter, and vanilla extract in sequence, mixing well. Mix each one thoroughly before adding the next.

Pour the egg and milk batter into the container and place the cherries inside. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
