Ingredients

high-gluten flour 180g
fine granulated sugar 20g
dry yeast 3g
salt 1/4 teaspoon
milk powder 20g
water 110g
butter 15g
butter 30g
powdered sugar 15g
egg yolk 15g
milk powder 2 teaspoons
desiccated coconut 50g
egg white as needed
desiccated coconut 15g

Dough ingredients

Pour the dough ingredients, except butter, into a large bowl

Mix until slightly smooth, then add butter
